Dear Josh,
Now that we have been in our home in Aspen Groves Subdivision for about three months, we feel it is
important to let you know what a great experience it has been working with you in building our home.
I do not know where to begin in conveying the positive experience that we had in the home building process.
I think the best way to sum up the entire experience, is that you took the time to get to know us and what it
was we were truly trying to accomplish in building this home. From early on, you looked at ways to improve
the construction process of the home, and always looked at ways we could do things in a most cost effective
manner. It became very evident that you were conscientious in building a quality home and keeping the project
in budget. It is truly amazing that in a business saddled with a reputation for up selling, you never attempted
to add to the house simply for the sake of adding more.
All members of the team that built our home were professional and quality oriented. This includes members
of the Greene Construction crew as well as the subcontractors you used. It became very obvious that your
sub-contractors hold you with the highest regard and all possess values in providing the highest quality
work at a fair price. We feel that we have a home that has been created by craftsman, rather than tradesman.
If you have any clients in the future that are interested in building with you, please do not hesitate to have them
either call, or stop in and visit the home you built for us.
Josh, thanks again, not only for building us a beautiful home but also in making the home building process a positive

monetary output, but the investment of time and effort as well. Greene construction always was responsive
